However, to minimize such instances, we request you to please consider the following before placing an online order with us.
- You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to email@example.com. Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.
- If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.
- Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be cancelled.
- In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.
- Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.
- If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
- Please note that depending on the screen-type and lighting conditions, there can be a marginal to noticeable difference in colors of the product.Some colors may overlap into multiple color-families,You must accept these variations before buying sarees or fabrics online.
- In the event of your cancellation request being accepted, we shall refund the money if already paid towards the cancelled order within fifteen working days of cancellation of order. Please note that the transaction charges already incurred for payments- 2.5% for domestic transactions and 3.5% for international transactions- can not be refunded and the net refund amount will be reduced accordingly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A customer must raise a return request within the two days of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email. Before initiating a request for exchange, we request you to please read and understand the Terms & Conditions for Return/ Exchange mentioned below.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Any requests made after this time frame will not be entertained.
- A customer can return a delivered product, within 7 days of registering the return request with banarasisaris.com
- customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.
- The shipping charges, domestic or international, and duties/ taxes if any paid while placing the order or while sending the product back are not eligible for credit/ refund. A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office – for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.
- Sarees with fall and edging applied are not eligible for exchange/credit/ refund. No exceptions can be made to this.
- We only recommend dry clean for our products. Any color loss/ damage caused to a product due to wash shall not be eligible for an exchange/ refund.
- Please note that we do not offer assured delivery time.Though we shall provide every assistance to get the shipments delivered in the shortest possible time, no exchange/ refunds shall be applicable due to logistics delays.
- After we receive the product back within the specified timeline and subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, we shall process your request for exchange of the product by creating a gift coupon for the applicable amount. You can use the coupon for your next purchase on Banarasisaris.com within a period of 90 days.
